As part of the collaboration between @Cummins Mongolia and Don Bosco Erdem Vocational School, the company's engineering and technical team provided career orientation training to first-year students of the Auto mechanic class of the Don Bosco Erdem Technical School.
The training was productive by providing students with advice and discussion on how to use time management in the workplace, how to work safely with tools and equipment, and the specific advantages and disadvantages of the profession.
